From a cursory glance I don't think this is a proper fix, but simply masking it for the test suite.
What you really want to address is
fs_xfs.c#63,xfs_check_compatibility(): this filesystem has XFS features which are not supported by this fsarchiver version.
Otherwise fsarchiver would be broken for all users with a (new) XFS file system.
