I've read it and the following applies: * The package maintainer is of the opinion that this is not a bug; * The Debian FTP-master is of the opinion that this is not a bug; * The upstream copyright holder is of the opinion that this is not a bug; You act like you're authorised to override these people's decisions. I've done some research but you don't appear in db.debian.org, nor do you seem to have any other involvement in Debian apart from mailinglist postings. I understand that you're trying to make Debian the best distribution there is, just like myself. However, if those three entities listed above have made very clear, same statements, it's not your prerogative to simply keep overriding them and blocking this package from a release.
