The autopkgtests tested againsted `py3versions -s` but only installed
python3 not python3-all.
The autopkgtests were also superficial tests not actually testing the
functionality of the package; however, they were not marked as superficial.
autopkgtest-pkg-pybuild fixes both of those at once by getting the
test-dependencies right and running the upstream test suite.
I've uploaded this as 2.18.10.1-3.1 and the relevant changes are already
in git.
