Dear Maintainer,

libgwengui-qt5-dev was removed from the repository and replaced with
libgwengui-qt6-dev, so Mozc can no longer be built from source.

  $ apt show libgwengui-qt5-dev
  Notice: Unable to locate package libgwengui-qt5-dev
  Notice: Unable to locate package libgwengui-qt5-dev
  Error: No packages found

It seems that the current version of Mozc does not use libgwengui, so it should
be fine to remove it from Build-Depends.
