I'm closing this bug since rclone was updated in Unstable, although
rclone isn't currently in Testing.

deja-dup recommends rclone as requested at
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1101078#10

(deja-dup suggests rclone in Ubuntu because rclone is in Ubuntu universe.)
