Bug#392537: xapian-bindings - FTBFS: configure: error: Xapian library is version 0.9.6 but the bindings are version 0.9.7

The build-dependency on xapian-core should be versioned.  I've prepared
a fix and asked my sponsor to upload it, but it will then be waiting on
xapian-core-0.9.7-1 which is currently in the NEW queue.
