Hi, thanks for your report.this seems to have been an intermediate issue with rust-openssl-probe 0.2.1-1 (as used in your build), but it's apparently fixed/gone away with rust-openssl-probe 0.2.1-2 which allows icann-rdap-srv 0.0.31-1 to build just fine.
Thus, reassigning the bug and closing accordingly. Regards, Daniel
