Hi, Reopening: milib still hangs with gradle 4.6-2 in a clean unstable chroot today:
java.lang.ClassCastException: class org.slf4j.helpers.NOPLoggerFactory cannot be cast to class org.gradle.internal.logging.slf4j.OutputEventListenerBackedLoggerContext /usr/share/java now has both slf4j-api 1.7.36 and 2.0.19, because logback pulls in libslf4j2-java. Gradle picks the test workers' slf4j jar as the first match in an unsorted directory listing, so whether it hangs depends on the filesystem. That is probably why your builds passed. Fix: https://salsa.debian.org/java-team/gradle/-/merge_requests/14 It links the 1.x jars into /usr/share/gradle/lib, which is searched first. milib and adql build with it. Thanks, Juan
