As the uploads to experimental were based of 8.1.0-3 but were built *after* closure of this report, I'm inferring that the bug doesn't affect any of the versions that were uploaded since 8.3.0-1. With fixed versions reported, the bts reads the changelog to check which versions are affected. This bug is blocking migration due to the missing 8.1.0-4 changelog entry in the current changelog. Fixing that with the control command.
