Looks like more like a bug in dh-python3 since there are no remaining files listed.

You have a dangling symlink.

Since you have this information at hand would you mind sharing which one it is. It would save me some time :)

There may be also a bug in dh-python for not showing it, but that would be in addition to, not instead of. This is why I am reassigning the bug back to med-fichier. Please file a different bug for dh-python.
