Package: vnstat
Version: 1.4-2

Currently vnstat is limited to i386 in debian/control. This is overly
restrictive, the package works fine on e.g. mips. The use of /proc data
makes it linux-specific, and #300671 suggests it has some troubles with
64bit architectures, so the correct line seems to be

Architecture: arm hppa i386 m68k mips mipsel powerpc s390 sparc

at least for now.
