I am still away from the machine with the segfault. I'll test your recipe there tomorrow. Meanwhile I've installed gaim-encryption at home (amd64/sid) and it seems to load/start successfully. For comparison, versions: gaim 2.0.0+beta4-3 libc6 2.3.6.ds1-7 libnspr4-0d 1.8.0.7-1 libnss3-0d 1.8.0.7-1 Since this seems to be working in the common case, the severity may have to be lowered. This is unless there is some bug in libnspr4-0d/libnss3-0d, which may be triggered remotely. How do I help determine that? dam - -- Damyan Ivanov Modular Software Systems [EMAIL PROTECTED] phone +359(2)928-2611, 929-3993 fax +359(2)920-0994 mobile +359(88)856-6067 [EMAIL PROTECTED]/Gaim -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.5 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFFTa4MHqjlqpcl9jsRAnfeAJ4rjkfb0rhQY5YqmskHFBw880VtUwCfXcDy itky749d22zLBcATHc98rsY= =nAGB -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
