Package: librrds-perl Version: 1.2.15-0.1 Severity: critical Since the upgrade from 1.2.11-0.6 to 1.2.15-0.1 munin-graph consumes all memory and swap on my system, causing the system to be unusable until the OOM killer fires and hopefully kills the offending processes.
Since munin-graph is run every 5 minutes, the whole system is in a constant state of trashing and recovering again, which justifies the severity. Reverting to 1.2.11-0.6 fixes the problem, munin-graph is back to normal behavior. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.17-cks1-198 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages librrds-perl depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-8 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii librrd2 1.2.15-0.1 Time-series data storage and displ ii perl 5.8.8-6.1 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction ii perl-base [perlapi-5.8.8] 5.8.8-6.1 The Pathologically Eclectic Rubbis librrds-perl recommends no packages. -- debconf-show failed -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
