Package: python-ctypes
Version: 1.0.0-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

As seen on packages.debian.org [1], the python-ctypes package is empty
on hppa.

The reason is probably this (from the build log):

configure: error: "libffi has not been ported to hppa64-unknown-linux-gnu."

If hppa can't be supported, please remove it from the architecture list
and have the old package removed from the archive.
