we decided to not consider the "uses the same file for different purposes" between tendra and transcriber as release critical for Etch, based on the fact there actually is a conflict, and that this was reported as release critical rather late. This will definitly be release critical for Lenny, and also, please don't hesitate to fix still fix it for Etch.
