Hmm, I'm at a loss to explain how this happened.  But it appears that
hslogger, the missing build-dep, is itself buildable in etch and has no
other RC bugs that would prohibit its inclusion, so I've unblocked it; these
packages should be buildable in etch with the next britney run and mirror
pulse.
