This looks like a missing #include of ucontext.h (for which you check in
configure...)

well since ruby-yarv's development has kind of stopped (it has been
merged to ruby1.9 meanwhile) it's an unnecessary effort to reupload it,
since the package should be deleted immediately.
I even talked to Akira Yamada (responsible for ruby1.9 in debian) who
told me he'll upload a recent ruby1.9 version soon. Thus ruby-yarv as
package itself is obsolete.
