You are right, I will fix this.

Taken from the credits file:

  All music and sound effects contained within this game are taken from various
  freely accessible internet websites. In all cases this music and sound is
  assumed to be placed within the public domain and therefore free to 
distribute.

I know that the tracker module music is commonly in the public domain,
and their authors almost never include a copyright statement. I believe
it is safe for Debian, but if you disagree, please mention it on
the debian-legal mailing list.
