Yes, sure! BTW, one thing which may or may not be a problem for you: The "Debian" and "Non-US" labels are currently treated specially by jigdo-lite. For any other labels, it is *not* possible to choose from alternative servers; if you use e.g. an "Alpha" label, everybody will be downloading from the same server: The one that's listed first in the [Servers] section, e.g. as "Alpha=http://server.org/".
