Fixed in svn for both trunk and the lenny build branch. The 5.0.1
build this weekend should therefore be correct. I found a silly little
bug in the dependency resolver in tools/sort_deps: if package A
depended on package B, then we added package A to our list before
attempting to calculate the deps for B. Doh!
