It seems that not all packages on loong64 have migrated to testing yet.
Yeah, I guessed it was something like that...
coreutils is included to
http://deb.debian.org/debian/dists/forky/main/binary-loong64/Packages.gz.
loong64 packages may not be fully in testing/forky yet, but they are in
unstable. Britney will gradually move them to testing.
