hi, i'm the guy who wrote "after upgrading locale doens't work". thanks to thhsieh and Anthony Fok, things become better now.
it seems that we don't need locale-zh anymore - glibc2.2 already included Chinese locale and don't work with the old one. However, by default the locale binary isn't installed so i grabbed i18ndata and built a zh_CN.gb2312 for myself. btw, i modified the netscape wrapper to disalbe the locale checking, otherwise cnetscape will exit with bus error - don't konw why.
