Sure it does. chinput uses the cin/tab from CCE, so it could be convert using cin2tab in cce. It seems that CXTerm/XCIN use the same data structure. Go ftp.gnuchina.org/pub/linux/chinese/inputmethod/console to get a newest ole-0.37.tar.gz and compile it yourself. The cin2tab is under source directory ole-0.37/inputs/. Or if you have an old CCE source, use that is a good way. NOTE: it seems that only source package include it, ask I know.
