Hello, everyone!

I've met a problem.

The "html2text" tool I am using can handle text to screen currectly.(# html2text XXX.html)
Then I write the output to a file ( # html2text -o XXX.txt XXX.html ). I can view it with "less", "more" and "cat" currectly, too. But the problem is when I am viewing it with emacs or even openoffice(I want to print it) it gives wrong charactors.

The very first line of html is " 1- Printing System Overview" and the screen or "more" or "less" or "cat" shows "1-Printing System Overview *"
But the gained file under "nano" or "emacs" or "openoffice" shows "*^H**^H**^H**^H**^H**^H* 1^H1 -^H -^H- P^HPr^H^i^Hin^Hnt^Hti^Hin^Hng^Hg S^HAy^Hys^Hst^hte^Hem^Hm 0^H0v^Hve^Her^Hrv^Hvi^Hie^Hew^Hw *^H**^H**^H**^H**^H**^H*"

I'm really puzzled. How can that be?

Please HELP. Thanks!
