Dear committee members,

As the membership of the committee has changed, in accordance with
convention I hereby resign as Chair, effective one week from now, and
call for votes to elect the Chair of the Technical Committee.
Per the Debian Constitution, the vote runs until all members have voted,
or until my resignation takes effect.

I am happy to continue to volunteer for the role, if the committee agrees.

The ballot:

===BEGIN

A: Christoph Berg <myon>
B: Matthew Garrett <mjg59>
C: Helmut Grohne <helmutg>
D: Stefano Rivera <stefanor>
E: Timo Röhling <roehling>
F: Craig Small <csmall>
G: Matthew Vernon <matthew>
H: Sean Whitton <spwhitton>

===END
