   * Add Required-Start and Required-Stop LSB headers to init script.
   * Change Default-Start LSB header to S and make Default-Stop empty to
     match our update-rc.d invocation.
   * Fix lspcmcia crash on out-of-range function ids (thanks, Samuel
     Thibault; closes: #406251).
