   * QA upload.
   * debian/control
     - set maintainer to QA Group
     - removed additional spaces from long description (paragraph fill)
   * debian/rules
     - removed 'configure' target, since not needed
     - used '-C' make option instead of cd into a directory
     - merged 'rm' call into dh_clean
     - removed a couple of not needed dh_* calls
