* Rollback to jikes 1.15 as 1.15b seems to be too broken for any
use. (closes: #141980, #141278, #141306, #140533)
* Added wrappers for all java classpaths [Kaffe, gij, etc.] that
exist in Debian. For example, running jikes-kaffe will have bootclasspath
properly set with kaffe's classes.
* javac now points to one of the wrappers [if installed] in the order
given in README.Debian
