* Updated config.{sub,guess}.
* Commented #include "config.h" from nas.h, because it doesn't exist.
* Added "(hostname:device)" to make the format of the audio host in
the configuration clearer.
* Made the init code fall back to the AUDIOHOST environment variable
if no value was read in from the config file.
* Made the config not save the hostname if it is the same as the
AUDIOHOST environment variable.
