Since noone is maintaining these, and they *desperately* need updating, I shall do it. Who has the latest version and which format are they in ? I started converting them to Texinfo some time ago, but I never had the time to finish doing that. I didn't really make any changes to the content. I can send you what I have, but it might be easier just to start from the old text copy at ftp.debian.org in /debian/standards/Guidelines.
