This one comes up in linux-ppp eveey week, they're not errors. pppd-2.2 allocates interfaces dynamically. ~$ cat /proc/net/dev Inter-| Receive | Transmit face |packets errs drop fifo frame|packets errs drop fifo colls carrier lo: 0 0 0 0 0 14050 0 0 0 0 0 eth0:1265052 0 0 0 0 1216121 0 0 0 12 0 dummy0: No statistics available.
