No! This is absolutely wrong. The output just shows that the MX (Mail-Exchange) for the domain debian.org is klecker.debian.org. This has absolutely nothing to do with the email-address under the domain @debian.org. Never assume from an MX output something about the mail-address and local-parts in a domain and/or it's subdomains.
