And if they still don't see it, the following 'html' might convince them, at least if they use outlook (be careful. It is not harmless) <html><form><input type crash></form></html> Another way is to encourage them, and support MIME multipart/alternative mails, just not text/plain and text/html, but application/x-troff and application/postscript.
