There is a program (MeTraNet?).

AFAIK not packaged for Debian.

Sorry I don't have a URL. A quick google search reveals no useful
results.

Last time I tried it, I had problems trying to understand the basic
concept of NetFlows, so didn't get far; possibly if I tried it again, I
would get further this time.
