Joe User will have Exim installed anyway (see the discussion on -devel two weeks ago). The dependency on an MTA is not necessary, so for those who want to remove their MTA completely but retain mutt, it would be nice if the "Depends:" was dropped, the rest of the world won't notice anyway.
