Actually, xfree86 (which generates a bunch of .deb files) is a 360M source + build tree, not counting the resulting .deb files themselves... There's probably not much bigger than that in the debian release (though I know of a MIPS emulator that take over 300M of *swap* to optimize the main loop...)
