hy. ok, i have libc5-dev installed without changing anything with the header files. and i have the current kernel source and headers installed.
i'm kompiling a program, that needs to access current kernel headers (isdnutils), so i compile it with -I/usr/src/linux/include . the problem : there is a /usr/src/linux/include/net directory, so i will also get this directory. but only linux/ and asm/ shoud override /usr/include, not net/ (because : net/ is buggy !). what shall i do ? ok, i know how to fix this, but with the next libc or kernel header update i will have to fix it again... any good solution ? (where can i find the reasons, why kernel headers are in libc ? i know that nearly anybody sais, that this is the right way, but sometimes i get frustrated and start to disbelief). regards, andreas -- TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THIS MAILING LIST: e-mail the word "unsubscribe" to [EMAIL PROTECTED] .
