In GNOME, apps already minimize into the launch panel.  (Officially,
it's the Window List, which allocates a portion of the launch panel
real estate).  I'm certain that KDE does the same thing.

Is AllTray only useful for WMs that don't already have this built-
in functionality?  Or does it offer some other functionality that 
the GNOME Window List doesn't already do?
