(Include the long description here.) -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.10-k7 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (ignored: LC_ALL set to C) Hi, I'm going the steps to file application. (need to land a package and get a sponsort) I've been verified and had my key signed. I've already installed and tested 'electric', qucs, and others. tell me if you have any prerequisite skills / experience you need for the next maintainer I've programmed on and off for 15 yrs. I have a degree in science; incl. E&M I understand the new version is moving to Java. I have done a little coding in Java and have Sun's version installed. As far as Java forcing non-free I don't know. The application is GPL. It just requires a free download to *run*. So I think it doesn't have to be in non-free. Possibly in contrib due to weird install. Thanks, [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
