That's plenty of time to register a source-forge project, knock up a coming-soon webpage, install a piece of webforum software and a blog, and maybe a wiki, produce a list of things that'd be cool to fix or add "if ID hadn't been so lazy" and a short treatise on why this port is better than the other two.
