According to <http://bjorn.haxx.se/debian/>, wxwindows2.4 is tied up
with subversion via rapidsvn[and tipptrainer needs one more day] and has
nothing to do with the libpng 'transition'[more a transient upload of
libpng with overly strict shlibs].  See
