Also, if your package uses alias files in /etc/X11/fonts/, it needs to move to /etc/X11/fonts/X11R7/, and will need debhelper 5.0.31. 5.0.31 also passes --x11r7-layout to update-fonts-* commands, which seems to be needed to get it to look in the new fonts locations. -- see shy jo
