Of course, it was not. I omitted to put smileys because it seems that some people around are thinking I'm sometimes too happy or saying too much fun things, but that was actually my intent, putting this conversation in parallel with the one I had with Manoj on debconf-discuss yesterdar, which turned into a kind of political arguments exchange..:)
