The upload seems to be from someone OTHER than the ITP. The upload was from Florian Ragwitz <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and the ITP from Paul Brossier <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. The changelog doesn't mention an ITP from Florian. This seems to be bad form..
