It would have been very helpful, Anthony, if you had linked to the list of *exactly* what drivers are at issue. (And exactly what the legal issues are for each one: GPL-without-source and no-license-text drivers are serious and separate issues, and affect far more drivers than properly-licensed sourceless firmware affects.)
