There are always bugs in any document. For sarge, we e.g. sarge-ignored some MTAs which didn't provide -bs, though LSB requires that. Now, we adjusted the policy to make it legal (as long as they conflict with lsb of course). Nothing wrong with that, the text isn't written in stone.
