Several, according to the table at: http://www.ircservices.za.net/download/testing/docs/2.html#1 I've tested with ircd-hybrid, but it should also do ircd-ircu and ircd-irc2. It might work with oftc-hybrid, if it's a close enough fork of ircd-hybrid, but I'm not sure.
