cdn.d.n is consisted by
-(modifiled) DNS-balance to return DNS query
- check-surrogate.rb to keep surrogate list healthy for DNS-Balance.
I modify DNS-Balance to support following functions
- Can run by non-root user.
- Can set listen port.
- Can use Max-Mind geoip lookup.
