We just have to be careful that we never allow a psuedopackage which will be a package, and vice versa. This requires coordination between ftpmasters and [EMAIL PROTECTED], but that's presumably fairly trivial. [That ftpmaster were in charge of pseudopackages is likely for hysterical raisins.] But in any event, I think ftpmaster are in violent agreement about this fact, and it's just a matter of the fiddly bureaucratic bits.
