Right, though how would you implement that? It doesn't look trivial at all to me and will possibly be an extra source of errors. It should also only affect external scripts that are bash specific AFAICS and they would be easily 'fixed' by changing bin/sh to bin/bash in the shebang (can even happen unconditionally).
